With new fluid and stainless lines on my VFR there was a HUGE difference. MASSIVE initial bite which I loved :)
Maybe there is still some air in your lines?
You can make one out of a coat hanger and some heat shrink tubing. Twist the coat hanger with the pliers until it is just right, cut it to length, then cover in heat shrink.
Rode the 2014 yesterday @ Rock the Red. It may be a nice bike but it is not nearly enough of an improvement from my 2000 to warrant the extra $10,000 (average) purchase cost.
Seems all Africa twins use the same sprocket setup, so here is your cross reference:

Does not look like anything will fit except for what is made to fit it. Maybe order...
It's a massive job the entire power train needs to be removed. Might have been closer to 20hr but Def over 20. Brampton powersports gave me that quote.
