most people give led brake lights a bad rep due to getting ****** ones. The ones I put in my VFR had aluminum heatsinks and 21 SMD led's per bulb, easily 2-3x brighter vs the stock bulbs.
I have a bandit 1200 swingarm modded for twin shock, and somewhere I have the adapters to fit it to a GS1100 frame (with matching wheel spacers so chain lines up). I might be interested in trading you for your swingarm/wheel setup. Pm me? Also have a few yoshimura exhausts to fit the GS1100...
Had a USB socket straight wired in on my VFR, it sat for multiple weeks with 0 issue starting it back up. The draw is so minimal especially if you get one that does not have an LED that there is really nothing to worry about.
heres a video a member posted of him riding his supercharged zx10 around brampton, which later went up for sale. might even be the same one you have

Just put the policy # from your car or something on there. They do not check for bikes, for cars they do. (personal experience)
This gets you the plate, just don't ride it until its insured.
Their software is full of ********. They declared wholesale value on my car to be $8800 when in reality its more like $3000-3500. They jack it up to get more tax $$.
Used an aluminum one provided by FS motorcycle on my buddys last R3 oil change. Was reused for a change after that, and no leaks so far. Hes almost at 12,000kms :)
