U.S. bound out of the island on Porter - any info?

I recently flew with Porter for the first time to the U.S. and aside from smaller planes being louder/bumper etc it was smooth sailing through the whole check in process. We checked in for our flight online the night before to make it easier when we got there. The only thing we had to wait a...

Just sold, Gotta buy. Question MTO

Assuming nothing has changed with this in the last few years, you can get a temp sticker for 10 (?) days. You need to prove having insurance and pay the taxes on the bike at the MTO, then they issue a temp sticker so you can ride to get your safety done etc.

    my new-ish 09 CBR600rr

I had Watson Design on my RR, they're flush mount, they were much brighter then the Hotbodies junk that came on the bike. They came with the resistors built in and were straight plug and play. They're expensive, but pretty damn bright. I put a Tripage integrated taillight on it too. Look on...

    Used bike buying help?

This^^. You could find a nice Ninja 250 for around $3000 that doesn't need any work, and sell it next year for almost the same amount. Not to mention the money you would probably save on insurance. A $3000 1996 bike can become a money pit really quickly... IMO

    trailer question

The Harbour Freight wheel chock looks similar to that LockandLoad wheel chock, but its only $40. http://www.pit-bull.com/trailer-restraint-types.shtml Welding the trailer together would probably make it better, but I'm not going to bother. Adding the plywood and bolting it through all the...

    trailer question

I have the same trailer and used 3/4 plywood for mine with galvanized hardware. I also got the harbour freight wheel chock, which still requires the forks to be compressed. The only thing I've seen that avoids compressing the forks is the Pitbull restraint, unfortunately it cost as much as the...
