Where do you bring the evenlope you get when you pass an M1Exit?

If you look at the front of the envelope the top two boxes should have been ticked off, they indicate that you can take it to either a Drive Test Centre or Service Ontario - College Park.

The instructor will make the call based on whether or not they can easily see your signals in action. Don't rely on getting away with hand signals.

Squeezing by on the right - is it legal?

 wow, exactly opposite to the conditions set out in the act... That's right, they're not... so how does an unrelated charge like 172, or the state of the law obviate the legality of making a right turn as described in the act? Please elucidate this for me, since you...

Squeezing by on the right - is it legal?

Can't comment on any 172 convictions as I was not present to observe the facts of the incident. Was the manoeuvre made safely in a lane of sufficient width? Did the rider stop prior to completing the turn? Did the rider negotiate an obstructed lane (filter between parked cars)? My response...

    Motorcycle removed by Landlord

Is the backyard enclosed? Meaning, is there ready access to an existing parking pad behind the house either by a driveway down the side or a lane way out back? Does the property have an approved front yard parking pad? If not, you may be pooched. The residential parking bylaws do not give...

If you have the plate # of the vehicle then you're in a better position than most, assuming you reported the collision within the required time frame. Talk with your ins. co. and go over the options available to you, then make your decision. You should be able to source replacement parts for...

    Coolant advice from SON

EI's primary benefit is that it's poly vs ethyl glycol based... and supposedly not as toxic. I'm not sure about it's thermal claims over ethyl however, most research seems to suggest that ethyl has better thermal properties. If I were to use EI I would cut it down a tad with distilled water...

Squeezing by on the right - is it legal?

    (b) is made on a highway with unobstructed pavement of sufficient width for two or more lines of vehicles in each direction; or I didn't ding the M2X rider today for it...

Squeezing by on the right - is it legal?

Why yes, you are wrong: Passing to right of vehicle 150. (1) The driver of a motor vehicle may overtake and pass to the right of another vehicle only where the movement can be made in safety and, (a) the vehicle overtaken is making or about to make a left turn or its driver has...

If the lane is wide enough to safely accommodate two vehicles it is legal.

Increasing speed limit on Ontario highways

One of the reasons I prefer touring stateside, trucks and motorists tend to stay to the right... for the most part.
