OP look for a new (to you) rim that's not bent. I went through this with one of my other bikes and it was more cost efficient to just go new. Unless the bend is an 1/8" or less, chances are likely that the rim won't return to normal without cracking or snapping, especially if it's cast.

I tried to top out my gsxr1000 (pre-crash) more times than I could count and kept running out of road. Best I could get up to was 290.

When I'm riding with someone else (staggered) and I'm leading, I will point to their part of the lane if I wanna switch up the stagger (if I'm about to make a turn or pass a car or just encroach on their lane space, for example).

I rode hwy and 2up constantly with my m1... but I wasn't riding like a retard... and I was constantly on the watch for the po'po (still am, actually). Night riding has never been my thing... to many animals and bugs (at least where I'm located).

The only compliments I get on my bike are from people admiring the paint - i've seen strangers taking pics of it in public a few times. People have tried to make conversation with me in traffic but as I usually ride with my music loud, I have no idea what they were saying :(
