    UNFIT is changeable to FIT by getting a safety. going from IRR to FIT is not doable. Check again what the ownership says

    1500 - 1350 is $150 difference to do a little paperwork. Probably 10 minutes paperwork Thats $900/hr. I would do the paperwork.

    Dual Sport suggestions for short rider?

    All dirt bikes are tall compared to street bikes. DRZ is probably your best bet but there are other options. I have a honda xr400 that is good for the street but needs better road tyres. It is much taller than my regular road bikes though.

    9.74 is much too low. It should be reading about 12.08 when the key is on.

    That is incorrect. You can deduct your rental and you can deduct your equipment. If it is required to do your job you can deduct it. It is the same as a mechanic deducting tools.

    To eliminate parasitic drain charge battery then just leave. If voltage drops with nothing connected then bingo battery is shot.
