Yeah thats what I was thinking, needs a few things to be roadworthy, I use it as a trail bike once per year in Havelock, other then that, the odd blast around the yard, paid $700 fo it and have put about $400 into it to clean it up. I do see some newer ktm's with blue plates on kijjiji.

You can also use some lacquer thinner with a cloth rag on chrome metal parts, just dont go on black plastic or prolonged contact with painted or clearcoated parts.

I have a blue plated on ownership 1996 RMX250 , that I have not plated it yet as I have not decided to go green or blue plated.. whatever I pick I can never go back to the other.

Your correct, back in the early 90's you rode the hell out of the machines then, I was riding my 88 rz350 on the road at that time.. saw lots of rz500's GSXR's fzr's and ninjas, would love doing a fast run up dvp to gardiner then north on 427, would be thrown in jail if I road the same today...

Cant complain about my 08 Sierra 4.8 RCSB with just under 400,000km on it runs like a champ, drive it dailiy, to make it more enjoyable I had it reageared and custom tuned, only things really had gone bad other then normal wear parts are some of the junk made in mexico window switches gone bad.

Not sure what dash cam you have but if it has wifi make sure sd card is class 10 or higher.
