From the time my old policy expired until the new one kicked in was just over a year (~375 days). Then again I started shopping around about a week or so before so I don't know if it affected me at all.

I'll add my 2 cents as I was just in the same boat earlier this year and was surprised by the outcome. I rode during summer 2018 for $1800/yr. Took 2019 off (50% to save money, 50% contemplating selling). This year I'm paying $1500. 32M riding 600cc SS bike living in Brampton, no bundle.

Bought it brand new over the summer. Worked very well in the cold, was wearing only a t-shirt without the thermal liner in 4° weather. Selling it as I'll be parking my bike for the next year or 2 so won't be needing it. SOLD

Got a '12 daytona and 30k in, no issues yet. I believe the only issue with the previous generation was with the R/R. Your friend should definitely sit on one before they buy as their ergo is considered more aggressive then their Japanese counterparts.

2016 Demo Ride Days

Renewed the sticker for my '05 Mazda3 last week and she said to fill out my insurance info. It's not like she verified it but I did need to do it in order to get my sticker. Don't recall if I had to do it for the bike though.

I quite enjoyed Stargate Universe. Was never a fan of the other 2 stargate shows but this one I fairly enjoyed. Only lasted for 2 seasons. Many people have said that it was quite similar to BSG. I wouldn't know though as I haven't watched that series yet.

Typically only the SS bikes will require a full M to ride.

Wanted to go for a ride but found my rear tire deflated. Found a nail upon inspection. Guessing it happened when I went a for a ride that one nice day in early march. Not too bummed about as the tire had less than 1000k left. Now gotta see what to choose.

I always look forward to the demo days at Brampton Powersports. I went in last week and I could've sworn I read a sign indicating they are no longer a Suzuki and Honda dealership. The website doesn't say anything. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to ask someone. Anybody know anything?

For me, dealership got insurance info on a Thrusday, bike got delivered on the Saturday.
