This is what had me checking every bolt, connection, and fuse. Right after trying to start it, the voltage sagged to 6~8V. Off the tender, almost dead on same voltage as you, ~12.6V

Jokes asside, I did just replace my battery after the old one mysteriously bit the dust. Then it died again, and I started panicking, until...
I don't usualt leave it connected to the charger for long periods of time. I would just plug the charger in every other weekend for 4-5H to keep the battery topped up.
