welcome!
and yes, take the course.
it's nice to be able to practice things like emergency braking and braking through turns with a bike that isn't your own :)
sorry to say, but your brother is in trouble.
best thing to do is not push the driver, regardless of where the fault lies for the accident. He was on the road illegally.
hard lesson, but he's gonna learn it.
right on, OP, let me know if it works !

i use a bandana in the top of my shoei rf 1000 lining so i don't get ridges... say what you will, but i like to look good- i haven't given up on myself yet :P
OP - bikes are dangerous... you have to be confident in yourself and your abilities.
but no amount of preparation or skill can prevent ALL accidents... so you have to weigh the risks to rewards.

apple nmakes a solid device, but no freedom ...android is my favorite ... and almost everything POSER showed the 4s doing is doable on a...
Straight line speed the bike is faster... but take that onto a track and the bike would lose... who cares
and GayManLove is right- keep you eye on the prize lol... an exotic car will almost always get more attention than a bike.
at the end of the day, ride for yourself... don't try to prove...
