I have a Shorai one. It does not work in the cold plain and simple absolute zero crank. Would i do it again? Nope too much of a pain in the ***. It is light as hell and fits just like a regular battery though.

My bike has half that km and is spotless. I don't know how many people I have heard that think mine is high km and overpriced at $5800. I'd post yours at $5000 and take somewhere between $4500-$5000. I've had a few SS bikes at the 100,000km and have had zero issues...

Agreed I used to be quite fond of them. Biggest problem I had was keeping them in my possession. The size of them made an easy target for thieves which would just pick them up and throw them in a van or truck. There actually used to be a race series for them at Hamilton Kartways.
