    Provincial politics

I'm center-right but I couldn't support the PC Party of Ontario. Give me a reasonable tory alternative that I could support I would have voted for them. But I couldn't support the tea party lite/shades of reform that the PC's have turned into.

    chain adjustment / straight wheels

Depending on the bike you can also take a piece of string and measure from the swing arm pivot to the rear axle. It should be the same on both sides.

Battle rifle. Same as the Lee Enfield which still has the smoothest bolt I have used. Both great rifles. I knew several vets that despised the M1's ping. They said it was the "I'm out, shoot me!" call I like the SAIGA-12 not a rifle however.

Gardner construction could take as long as TWENTY YEARS.

I really just want to see a regional transit plan that is thought through and them implemented. Every time they seem to either have one or start rolling one out them government at some level changes and its back to the beginning again.

Gardner construction could take as long as TWENTY YEARS.

I remember bidding on parts of the demo work over 4 years ago. New mayor, new council, the EA which was in the last step of approval got canceled. All the contracts in place to start the demo were canceled (with the cancellation penalties paid by the city). It was frustrating professionally, but...

The large projects are all like this, and the large construction companies (The EllisDon's, PCL's, etc.) do this. As to why bid on the large projects....they are longer periods of steady work. You don't have to keep chasing work around to keep your payroll paid. Plus alot of the smaller projects...
