    1984 Honda Nighthawk

This would bypass the battery's connection to chassis ground since he is suspecting a bad ground connection. But in reality, motorcycles don't really make use of chassis ground. This jumper cable will tell if the bike's battery is any good. If the OP doesn't have the means to test for voltage...

    1984 Honda Nighthawk

Try jumper cables from your car battery. Positive to battery positive. Negative cable to your bike chassis. If that starts, then try it again with the negative moved to your battery negative.

Leaving battery charger on in bike

Try hooking up the charger to your car battery to see if charger behaves differently.

Anyone have experience with dealing with RSI/carpal tunnel?

What is she doing with her two weeks off? Doc should have sent her to see a physiotherapist. They can help.

    Ridgid cordless tools

I have AEG and Milwaukee corded tools. They are really solid performers.

Anyone have experience with dealing with RSI/carpal tunnel?

I work in an unionized environment and they're following the WSIB process to the letter. I'm sure Costco is large enough to have a clear understanding of the WSIB process. Maybe they just need a little poke to get them to move in the right direction.

Anyone have experience with dealing with RSI/carpal tunnel?

Any chance she can switch hands? I'm now ambidextrous with a mouse b/c of carpal tunnel. Took a bit of learning but it was worth it. Edit: Also try if Physiotherapy can help.

The Great Mouse Hunt is On

I throw them under the bushes in the yard as fertilizer. But their bodies are disappearing really quick. I think the neighborhood critters are making off with them. Oh well, still feeding the food chain.

The Great Mouse Hunt is On

I leave traps set in the garage all year. Every spring and fall I get 5~10 hits. I pick up traps whenever i see them on clearance sale then just add them to the garage collection.

    Ridgid cordless tools

I think I'll get this when it goes on sale. It will do what i need for a cordless. I can pull out the extension cord for bigger jobs. Just a shame to have a whole bunch of other stuff around with dead batteries...

    Ridgid cordless tools

This experience was what I was looking for. So now you can just go to HD to trade-in for a new battery. Sounds good! Ridgid's service center in Mississauga is not too far from me either.

    Ridgid cordless tools

I keep pulling this one out to use now b/c the cordless ones are dead. It's light and right sized for most of the small jobs around the house. Old tools don't wear out, people just want the NEW shiny one. I've gone thru most of the main colors in the rainbow and they all ended up the same way...

    Ridgid cordless tools

Does anybody have experience getting a battery replacement under their lifetime warranty? I'm looking to replace my old cordless drill and really like the idea of lifetime battery supply. I don't use mine that often and pretty much all my batteries die from idle old age than over use. At least...

    Suffering from a little seller's remorse :(

You need liability to take it on the road. Insurance companies are assuming if you have road coverage, you are riding and keeping your skills fresh. If you don't have road coverage, you are not riding. Therefore all your riding skills just disappear because you are not practicing.

Bike fell over during U-turn :(

Pick a nice clean area without sand and gravel. Start with doing full circles and see how tight you can make them. Both directions. Your head should be looking at the other side of the circle, NOT the area 2 feet in front of your wheel. Try riding towards perpendicular parking lines and use...

    Smart Thermostat

The guy only went down to look at my furnace and to power it down for the install. The rest of the "inspection" happened in the living room. I just answered all his survey questions.

Bike fell over during U-turn :(

Practice your bike handling skills in a parking lot. Any bike can easily u-turn using less than 2 lanes. But not so for most riders since nobody takes the time to practice this. There is a Moto Gymkhana group in the GTA. They're on Facebook (sorry if I said a bad word). Check them out if you...

They are accepting more applications now. My sister-in-law just got in after she missed out the last time. https://www.greenon.ca/en/programs/greenon-installations
