the sealed envelope isnt in play anymore. The upgrade is now automated. The course provider enters the data in to the MTO system. after 60 days, you still need to go in to the Drivetest, present your current license for upgrade and they take care of it... a little less messy than it used to be

It would be great if they would remind people to be mindful of all the motorcycles, cyclists and cars all of the time. This shouldn't be reserved for special occasions.... :rolleyes:

neighbours daughter was recently hit, going down a road in the left lane, going though an intersection (on green) car comes from side road to the right, making a right turn, no stop at the light/intersection and into the left lane and hits her. Driver claims cant speak English at the scene...

what constitutes unnecessary noise or improper muffler? This seems pretty subjective? My bike makes noise to move as it has an internal combustion engine. is this unnecessary or only if I rev it unnecessarily? What's an improper muffler? I can see identifying a non functioning muffler but...
