Yes, I have experienced this nightmare with Rogers previously, but I thought I give them another shot since they offered me a pretty good deal, (NO CONTRACT!!!) so I'll cancel on them if they f'up again with me.

go with Rogers, you can get a pretty good deal if you combo it with tv & home phone internet was pretty fast: 200 up / 20 down
