You could also try gently using a hammer to tap in a Torx driver bit that's a little too big to easily fit in that hole. It might get enough bite in the metal to allow you to loosen it.

How many Model 3's are being delivered to owners each day at the Lawrence Ave centre? I was curious because I pass the lot used near the 401 to store new Teslas and there have been more and more 3's parked there.
