I googled it. Seems to be a very common problem with all of their plasma sizes. The power light will flash a certain number of times to indicate what the failure is. In my case it flashed 10. From all the similar stories I've read online it seems Panasonic designed these sets to fail.

Plasma IS dead! Here's my latest setup, my 19 year old Sony 32" crt taking over duty for my 58" Panny plasma which gave up the ghost after 4 short years of faithful service. Worked out to about a grand a year to watch it. Am I disappointed? Fuxx ya!
