I believe its just 0-49 and 50+. 50+ is considered a stunting charge and is a major conviction instead of a minor conviction.

Problem with that is its not in mint condition.

Yes most people prefer bikes that aren't crashed but there are ones looking for the right bike at the right price that requires some handy work.

There isn't a place where you can sell for the most price, it really depends on your luck and timing. The only place i have ever looked for a bike was on kijiji and in the Buy/Sell here at GTAM.

I believe majority of insurers out there wont insure anyone with over 2 convictions. Try facility.

I believe the biggest factors on getting a good insurance rate is, Age, Driving Record (Accidents, etc), Location, and License History (Tickets, etc) respectively. While being consecutively insured is a good sign, i just dont think its a big part of the big picture.

Have you tried Jevco? They gave me a great rate once i've had my M class license for a year. << Only requirement i believe.

I wouldn't be worried about getting away with it or not, but if they null the policy if he does get into an accident.
