Depends on which MLS you belong to. Some allow it, some don't. The practice really should be banned. It's basically the calling card of a lazy realtor.
I came across one like it recently here in Barrie. (it was listed by an agent in Toronto of course as we don't do those kinds of silly things...
I was in my cage at a stop light the other day when someone pulled up behind me with his HID highbeam on. All I could see in my rear view mirror was a blinding light. I couldn't see his position, and I had a hard time telling when the light had turned green in front of me...

Thanks! I know the bike runs perfect and it looks pretty good too.. I don't claim it to be in show room condition.. It's been ridden not babied, but it's also been well taken care of. I think the price I'm asking is reasonable, but I'm open to offers. All it takes is one serious buyer.. He...
I wasn't necessarily even referring to mine with that comment.. Just in general 650r's are excellent starter bikes.. There's nothing there that will surprise you or get you into hot water unexpectedly, It's a very forgiving machine... BUT it does have the power to do pretty much whatever you...
Fair enough, but you know you're an exception. The stats have got to be nearing 90% of folks who start out on a 250 or 300 are on the market for a new bike 2 season in.. those that start on a 650, seem to be 4 or 5 years before there's an itch to upgrade if at all.

And for that same price or even a few dollars less you can buy a used Ninja 650, which while still forgiving enough to be a great first bike, will last you years longer then a 300 because it has enough power to grow with your ridding skills.

Haha, very true!
And absolutely candy lime green is the fastest colour.. everybody knows that ;)
Have you seen the new Versys 1000 abs LT? I wasn't quite sold on the Versys before but that new one is slick!

I have heard that! I ordered it 2 weeks ago and it's still another week out for delivery so the 3 week wait has been plenty of time to torture myself reading and watching every review article and/or video ever made.. and seeing as the Ninja 1000 (or Z1000sx as they call it) is the single best...
Thanks Pat!
Funny enough, I don't believe I ever actually got to ride one.. I tried at a demo last year and it was all booked up and I don't think I ever came across another shot or at least not that I can remember. But I know I'm going to love it. Ergonomics wise it's the same as my 650r...
Thanks Joe, I appreciate that!
And I am open to a little negotiation on it. But I do believe it's worth pretty darn close to what I'm asking. I mean.. when people are paying 3,500+ for used 250's how much lower can I really go on a 650? The right buyer will come now that the weather is shapping...
Thanks! I'm flipping excited. Can't wait to get it. So many mods and so many miles planned!
Now if only someone would make me an offer my 650r.. I need the extra garage space to start tearing into the new kit!

Wish I could join. But I gotta work this afternoon :(
Plus I don't really want to put any extra miles on the bike since I've got it posted up for sale... on the plus side, my brand new girl should be delivered one week from today!
