Mehhhhh same thing again...weren't rude, but they weren't the nicest. I walked out of there because of ridiculous prices ... they wanted more for a 2010 CBR600 demo then what I got my brand new 2011 GSXR for. Let's not get off topic though, service was "good".

I used to bring my 125 to Markham Outdoor Power. I Wasn't WOWed by the service but I wasn't disappointed either. Give them a shot.

You gotta be ******** me.....I've always wanted to do this ride... but I have my first 1000km service booked for Saturday at 8...and they said it takes 1 and 1/2 hours. Maybe I can get them to speed it up a bit!!

When selling my cbr125 a guy showed up in his Echo hatch... he agreed to buy it if he like how it rode. I asked him if he had ever ridden a bike, and he replied yes, he had used a 125 in his license course. Wearily I agreed to let him take it up and down the street (100m or so), but this was not...

Heel-toe is much harder to pull off...for me anyways.

Just an update. Picked up the bike, and there were no issues. Like I has said, every one I dealt with was great. Tony in sales was straight to the point and a no-bull kind of guy. I would do business with him again(but don't plan on buying another bike for a long time haha). Are all the negative...

KC wasn't as bad as Martin Grove but the "burn out competition" was the breaking point (those who were there know what I'm talking about lol). I guess police don't like burn outs, and tire smoke. Who would have thought?

Bump! I came here to actually write a positive review, but I am now terrified. I just purchased a new bike from them and will be picking it up Friday. I had no problems, and my experience with every one thus far has been great. After reading this thread though I am scared of what will happen...
