Getting vendors on board should be a good move. Mike we should probably start with the forum sponsor, GP Bikes, and then work our way through the list. First get their signatures (staff, etc.) and then figure out what kind of additional support we can get from them.
I would leave the oil in after the season is over and before the season is on then change the fluids and you should be good to go. Changing at both the end and start of the season is overkill. Unless it's a Harley.

I think the exchange rate won't help if you buy merchandise in Euros, then again if you buy from the Motogp store online you'll have to pay shipping and maybe duties. Buy from the track I say.
