Had the rider been following traffic like any other motorcyclist or driver, this whole scenario wouldn't have occurred. It will most likely be a 50-50 fault situation. If it's anyone that I feel bad for, it's the pedestrians that got hit and are now in critical condition.

Two questions: 1. Are there no off the shelf rotors to fit your 848? 2. If you're riding around town, are you really going to get the brakes hot enough to actually benefit from the rotors or "channels"? Just get whichever one you like the look of, since you probably won't notice a difference...

Unlike others, I actually care about the safety of my passenger. My girlfriend rides with me from time to time and I bought her a Shoei Qwest. If you won't ride in a $60 helmet, why should your passenger?

As far as mirrors go, I believe just one will do. Go see Ted at Rosey Toes, he'll make sure your bike is passable. ;)

DO NOT use a clip on style master link on an SS ALWAYS get a rivet style master link. They're fine for small CC, dirt bikes, etc but not a 100 HP+ SS. I got a DID ERV3 chain and had to cut off about 3 links. I would also suggest changing your sprockets at the same time. I like Renthal sprockets.

Pretty damn cool, love how easy it disassembles. Also love the fact that it's that light! There would be a ton of other bikes that I'd like to ride on that kind of terrain but cool concept nonetheless.
