From what I recall, there's a track outside Vancouver with a drag strip etc. Theres another strip in the interior and an oval cascar track. There's not much at all in all the way of a Motorsport scene. Drivers are the same. ****. BUT if you drive slow in the fast lane that's now illegal there...
If one were to plan on riding there, tootling around for a couple days and riding back, how long would be appropriate? I can do 800km a day and not hate life too too much. 5 days?
Yeah dude, for that price you could get a decent textile Icon or A* coat, gloves AND boots. That's what I would do to start, then get that next year. I started with an Alpinestars $250 textile that lasted me 3 years before I finally bought a $500 leather jacket.

Lucky for them the biker was uninjured and there's video for both of them. For the biker to get a brand new bike and the driver to prove the biker wasn't hit. Video is always a good thing!
