In case anyone has the same concern, I did the M2X today, the taillight modulator wasn't an issue at all. From what I understand as long as it doesn't continue to flash when stopped (it must remain solid for the duration of the stop after the initial flashes) it's fine.

Ohhh, the red one is pretty! I'm a fan of the sound and feel of the Guzzi V-twins, I rode a v7 and really liked it's "character" but it was slow. 1000cc with 120hp is a nice number and probably a torquey bastard, too. Seems comparable to the new Tracer 9 GT.

I'm 6ft2 195lbs and rode a ninja 300 for 2 seasons. I had a lot of fun with it...very nimble, didn't feel cramped and did highway easily. Affordable insurance was a big motivating factor as well. CB500F is a great bike too, little more powerful but heavier so similar performance to the 300s...

I saw that car Tuesday evening ripping it down hwy 50 southbound towards Brampton. Possible, but unlikely, there were two lime green lambos in the area and I did see the driver was a young guy...I thought this idiot is going to kill someone. Glad to see he didn't get the chance.

+1 for a good mesh riding jacket. I just bought a Scorpion Vortex Air jacket and with the liner out I forget I'm wearing it once moving. The armoured shirts don't breath as well and don't offer near the protection of the jackets with the reinforced "slide" zones.
