Is there such thing as a legit stunting lot?

I was wrong about the fatality being last year, FYI. Sorry to spread misinformation.

Is there such thing as a legit stunting lot?

Yup, and there's an English data in Julliet. :) Keith Code had his On One Wheel school in NJ a couple of years ago, but a woman died at one of the classes last year so I don't know if they're going to continue or not. This used to be the link, it doesn't work for me here at work, but I'm at a...

Is there such thing as a legit stunting lot?

Thanks. Has anyone here done one of the schools? I've had most of my track time through schools and it's always been a great experience. It seems expensive until you start comparing the cost to getting a dedicated track bike, and a truck to haul it around on, and a garage to park it in...

Is there such thing as a legit stunting lot?

Like, does anyone have a lot where they encourage stunting, or host events? Or is it just a matter of finding a place where security hasn't caught on and the neighbors don't complain? I would love a chance to work on some really basic stuff in a setting like you have at a track day - a bit of...

    Building a drag bike

Hey, I recognize that rec room. Congrats on having the only house out in the 'burbs that I'm jealous of. :) The bike really is looking nice and mean - I like seeing the methodical approach you're taking and look forward to seeing some timeslips and race reports! :) BTW - can we see a pic of...

    FZR"400" project build

That was my impression. I sold my CBR125R to a guy with a really beat up grey-market import CBR250 he was looking to get rid of, and it was f'n hard for me to resist offering to do a trade. :)

    FZR"400" project build

Thanks a ton for the info, Brian. What would be your choice for a light, compact, carbureted I4 making ~60-70hp, that's not pure unobtanium in Canada?

    FZR"400" project build

    That's why I said "FZ600". ;)

    FZR"400" project build

Thanks. I knew that the motors had a common heritage, and knew that the FZ600 had a steel frame (and the Radian motor) - but thought that the FZR600 had the same chassis as the 400. I appreciate the clarification. I'm hunting around for info about 400cc I4 engines because I'm daydreaming...

    Building a drag bike

Hey Brian, it's been a long time Phil aka Syscrush on the CBR125 board here. That setup looks pretty rad, looking forward to seeing how it works out for you and how deep you end up immersing yourself in drag racing. :)

    FZR"400" project build

Very nice. Here's a dumb question about the 400 vs. the 600... I thought that they had the same chassis, so an FZR400 with a 600 motor would be equivalent to an FZR600 (although maybe with cheaper brake and suspension components). Am I mistaken on this?
