Re: If THEY don't know what you did ... That portion of the driveway, below the sidewalk, is the boulevard. When I went to contest my first ticket I was told by the courts that you cannot use that portion for parking.

The hard part for me was going home and parking the bike when I'd only been out for an hour and it starts getting dark. LOL It was all so new and fun and I lived on the bike. 10,000 km in 3 months.

Maybe he didn't want to truly be hurt? When my bike got hit in a parking lot (I wasn't on it) the guy offered to take care of it, cash. I still took his license and insurance info. It was minor damage, much like the scratches on Ragu's bumper. Still, we exchanged our info, and before any money...

No. Rich said he wasn't scared to go alone. I'm simply saying that just because you aren't scared, doesn't mean that nothing will happen. Just be careful if he goes to look at this bike. This whole situation could be nothing, could be something. Take precautions to protect yourself.
