Awesome! Can't wait to take him! Just as an FYI to anyone considering doing this with someone else's kids (like in my case), they say that the parent has to be there to sign the waiver now. Apparently uncles aren't good enough to do so.
He is 9 and rides his bicycle very well. I put him on the back of my bike a couple weeks ago at L&L for a trip around the parking lot and he seemed to love it. I was planning on taking him to http://www.cmts.org/training_for_children.aspx for the 30 minute and 2 hour lessons.

Bike seems parked at too great an angle to the curb. Also looks like the rider parked it in a position where he's attempting to deter cars from parking in a spot that's "too small" for their cars. The rider succeeded in making the spot too small physically, but not visually. Sucks though.. Looks...
Insurance companies are regulated as to how much profit % they are allowed to make. So yes, if they busted all the scammers out there then the price of insurance would drop.
