this is my first season of riding and when I started I said I would never ride in a tee but after getting comfortable riding and got a taste of riding in the heat of the summer I find it impossible to ride in leathers. I did pick up a vest but its prob just a false sense of security.
I was chilling in Yorkville this Friday night and a pack or riders ripped through riding around and between cars. It sounded awesome but I noticed they all had no or chopped windscreens. I have never seen this before. It gave the bikes a pretty cool look. Is this a common mod or was it a crew...
Yup u have to pay twice as much. The difference in tax from what u stated and what u paid as well as a understatement fee of the same amount. Straight up bs. This happened to me but I did not understate intentionally. The chick asked me what was the value of the bike not what how much I paid for...
We r so sheltered these days. Everything is so dangerous and everything has to be so politically correct. **** I remember crusing on the back of my dads Harley at a young age and nobody though twice about it.
+1 on adjustable levers. I got my first bike(r6) with them on it already so I dint realize how awesome they are until a few weeks back when I was ridding my buddys triumph with stock levers.
Dont watch me watch tv lol... Not only about ridding but in life in general y do people give a **** about wat others r doing. Worry about ur self and u will be a happier person. As for the tailing ya dumies
That's a good one... Wat I do weather I'm in my car or on my bike I ease of the gas and and slow rite down then speed up to normal and if they get on my *** again repeat as necessary lol. U will prob get honked at or have them speed up beside u and give u the finger or something dumb like that...
U should hold off a bit. Likely they will be back to work next week. But ya I feel ur pain I've been waiting for my tail light for what seems like forever.
Regardless wat u get u should still lower it. My buddy is prob about the same height or mabe a bit smaller. He has a gixxer 600 first season it was stock next season he lowered and and feels way better for him. More confidence and control of the bike.
Nothin like a little rain to ruin what ended up being a pretty good nite. King st was nice to nite very live and lots of dames;). Aww well hope the weekend turns out nice. Any good rides for this Sunday hallar at ur boy lol I'm always down to ride
If u understate the amount and don't let the seller know and they ask the seller and he tells the the correct price u will have to pay the difference in taxes and also a penalty fee that is of the same amount. Example- u paid $6000 and told them $2000 and paid the $260 tax on the $2000 u will...
There is so much repetition here. Bottom line bikes r expensive if u have the loot get ur self at least a 250 and work ur way up or if money is an issue then go electric and wait till it's more affordable.
"It is legally and morally permissible to clothesline this person as you drive past." below the picture of the guy on the scooter, literally had me in tears. I'm reading this on my iPhone in bed at 12:30am and start bursting out laughing waking my wife up. Thanks for the post loved it
I went for a ride with a buddy I met through a friend. We went up 27 north of king rd to 17 side rd. It was a sweet ride its a 70km zone and after every little straight you've got some nice twisties.
I guess it's my age but after searching hours upon hours and coming up with $12,000-$5,600 and feeling like **** cause I just bought a bike and wouldn't be able to afford to insure it. State farm gave me full coverage for $134.00/month on a 2006 Yamaha r6s. I am 27 and only have my m1(for less...
Thanks for the info and the welcoming. Unfortunately much to my surprise after "fixing" my tail lite last nite and checked it this morning once I got to my test and the instructor was checking my bike the dam thing wasn't working. Talk about a buzz kill. All well earliest retest is on the 22nd...
