ups is the same company that delivered a computer monitor by tossing it over a fence. . .lol, they are arguably the worst service out there. i regularly request canada post over those guys.

i haven't dealt with their retail end--i know a few people who have bought from them and in hindsight thought they overpaid. their service department is excellent, their parts department is solid, and their techs are friendly and helpful. i found their prices on parts to be competitive.
