I agree - braking distance on bike is much much more dependant on rider's skills. And where you look too - see Dave, I remember what I learned :-)

You need to work on your braking skills - different cars and bikes will have different braking distance but if your impression that car will stop fatser - practice your braking. Just one example:

Level II was awesome - everything you learn in Level I and Level II comes together at the end of the day. I can't thank Dave, Nancy and the whole GTAM crew and Jen enough for getting it to Canada - THANK YOU!!! Can't type anymore - almost dead, need to get couple of pints in me and go to sleep.
