if im not mistaken you cant even get a 1998 RVF400R insured plated here in Ontario. Doesnt it have to be 15 years or older? Thats also when the supersport rate gets lifted. You can get a 1994 ZX-7R insured for roughly the same price as a modern 750cc cruiser.

the new HJC's (at least on my AC-12) has a visor locking system and its very secured. Even when I didn't use it I never had problems with my visor coming off though. They're getting better and better just think of them as Hyundai. Good bang for the buck.
