    How many pcs are you looking for ? If its one piece - it can be made on a milling machine. CnC's are good if you have multiple pcs to be made. Do you have a drawing for this part?

    It is supper annoying !! I had a rush job trying to help a member go on a road trip or something last year. Needed a set of forks seals..... had to drive there...order and pay in person. Then drive back to pick up the seals. I rebuilt the forks in 1/2 the time i spent driving around....

    I have had good success using a layer of silicon caliper grease on those dust boots. also a pick helps - just be careful you don't puncture the rubber.

    ah that is true! I didnt think about the speedo/odo not working... That's a good module @ Superbikeunlimited.com I wonder if new ecu's would put the bike in limp mode if they don't have a wheel speed signal.

    what are you trying to do ? You just dont want abs to kick in ? How about unplugging the wheel speed sensors ? (sorry I haven't been asked to do this yet for anyone)

    One of forum members that I do work for brought this up... So are you switching from DOT 4 to DOT 5.0 ? DOT 5.1? DOT 5.1 is backward compatable but DOT 5.0 should' be mixed or come in contact with anything.
