I had a total write off with State Farm on my 1098. However it was what they called an economical write off ie it cost more to fix than the bike was new. With a Ducati you only need to scratch a couple of fairings and you're into thousands... Anyhoo, I bought it back from them and ultimately...

Re: BY By Tommy boy Ford kicked out!! It takes a while (about a week I think) for the drug to appear in hair samples. It has to "grow" into the hair. But it can then give a 3 month window into someones drug use history. Urine & blood samples are an almost instant test of what's in someones...

I'm happy for you. And of course, Kentucky, Tennessee and the Smokey Mountains are similar terrain to the Canadian Prairies. For the record Brian, our average speed was about 120kph. Honest. Anything below 120kph and you can't 1-wheel the trailer.

If the track requires my left had to be up, to signal pit in, then yes occasionally. Under normal lapping conditions hardly ever. But, as per Kellen, plenty of times in the dirt.

To drag my truck and trailer from Newmarket to 'bogie and back costs about $160 in gas alone. That is why financially it's not worth doing just 1 day. From a riding perspective, yes it's a great track, smooth, fast etc etc. But it also takes a while to learn. So just as you're getting to grips...

For a track bike, which potentially spends 300 days a year on a rear and front stand, a Pit Bull is a preferred option for me. I've had others fail on me. You can overpay and underpay for everything. I wasted the price of a Pit Bull getting to a Pit Bull.

My mates Ridgeline has hauled a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer with 2 sports bikes and gear for 3, + another sports bike in the bed all the way to North Florida and back twice now. Averaged around 18l/100kms for the whole trip. I really don't get this "not a real truck" line.
