Severe case of the midnight munchies ...no Ozempic showing. :( Fried eggs and hashbrowns.....do like the purple baby potatoes. Very satifying meal and not too bad hypoglycemic index. Marc struggling big time in Cambodia with flat tires. Getting practice with his repair kit. Lucky he has riding...

Bit of a struggle that. Partner forgot to pick up my Ozempic and my appetite has suddenly returned in force. 🍽️🍽️ Even the munchies .....gumming my way through cashews with 90% front teeth action. Will get the drug in a few hours. Meawhile will indulge a bit in cravings ( mashed potatoes and...

Missed the lava lamp but did okay on Wordle Watch band arrived. much happier with this on my watch both strap and bumper for like $4 tho shipping made it $11. The strap is short but much lighter…not sure of that. It does not move around on my wrist and will likely stretch a bit being lighter...

Decided to give it another go 3 seasons enough to get my teeth into it. A fourth confirmed. Production values very good...dynamic colour works well...shadows detailed with no washout on the whites. Easy on the eyes with natural lighting look. Been long enough I've forgotten details. 🍿 Like...

    Ride Japan anyone?

https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/japan-travel-canadians-1.7512756 Apparently the yen is well down against Canadian and it's only 12 hours to Narita. Lots of tours and rentals available. I occasionally think about how different life might have been if I'd spent the money on a Japan ride for a week...

Better insure those LPs. Getting silly prices. I guess only a minor regret with the Series 6 I got was no cellular so reliant on the iPhone being nearby instead of stand alone. Carry on ....there is a smart watch thread.

Just as a small counter to Priller's post. My current Apple Watch version 6 is 5 years old and chargers to 80% in 1 hour so that really nullifies the "can't get sleep data". 1.5 Hr 0 to 100%. I hate being tethered to a phone but find the convenience of having extensive useful data on my wrist...
