Not guilty doesn't mean it was fabricated. I'd bet very few actual frivolous complaints make it to the point of suspension.

Absolutely.. I'm not sure but I think they still need warrants and follow proper protocol even if it is.. until they find the exact cause of the poisoning. It's possible it happened thru negligence or even criminal negligence.. or worse.
