+1 to vipers comment. Those 2 shops are the most BS-free shops I've been to. These guys won't do stuff to your bike unless it needs in, at least that has been my experience (they both have talked me out of mechanical work because the bike didn't need it but I asked for it to be done)

I took the m2exit course at humber (hershey center) early last season. I donated to ride for sight and got the class for free as a 'prize'. The course is literally just to get you to pass the m2 exit. They teach you how to do things like when to check your blindspot, lane positioning, etc...
