M1 Exit times for each part

low-mid second gear on your ninja 250 will be fine. You don't have to go blazingly fast, but snails pace will fail you (if you go too slow on all the exercises you will fail I believe). Be smooth, and accelerate briskly to mid second gear. Don't put your foot down and don't touch the lines...

Allen Road in general is usually swamped with radar traps. I see more going southbound than north, but often see the trap OP mentioned.

    Parking on sidewalks!?!?!? Wtf

My understanding is 50cc and under is legal to park on the sidewalk... You see them all the time lining king st in the financial district. I'd even go as far as saying that as long as your scooter doesn't show its engine size (eg/ vino 125 decal), that cops will most likely leave you alone.

    Anyone ride through rain storms?

At speeds of 140km/h I would concentrate on being smooth if it is constantly raining. Also stay in a tire track don't ride in the middle of the lane just in case water pools or there is oil/grease. I've ridden through many big, long puddles (think mt. pleasant and bloor under that bridge...)...

Police search while on one's own property?

Ok, so lets make it detailed just for fun. Again, this is all made up off the top of a buddy and I's head. So person is on his way home on his bicycle, sees police, and makes it to the side of his house (in order to get to the backyard to put away the bike), aka the person is parallel to their...

Police search while on one's own property?

Ok so I asked my buddy what kind of scenario he would be asking about. He said off the top of his head that lets say the person was on his way home late at night, and was say, wearing a backpack or some kind of bag. The person saw the police on their street, went onto their own property, such...

Police search while on one's own property?

Hey everyone, So, hypothetically speaking of course, If police searched someone on their own property, and found / charged the person with possession of something they legally shouldn't have had on them, is it considered a legal search? Is there any wiggle room within this? What if the police...

    Low siding save?

As far as my experience goes, if one of your tires slips out while on gravel, giving it more throttle probably won't help you (no traction). I've low sided already this year due to some car driving too close to the guard rail and pushing sand towards the middle of the road. It was while riding...

    Do you downshift to first???

Thanks Everyone, So in the end it depends on the bike, situation, and to a great degree the actual rider in question. I tried it, didn't really like it, but then as I continued doing it a second day, I kind of like it. It makes me feel a lot smoother when coming to a stop, I can match...

    Do you downshift to first???

Happy Good Friday everyone, So I was out with a 'veteran' riding buddy a few days ago and they mentioned that when slowing down, and thus downshifting, that they never actually downshift to first gear. They always just pull in the clutch and shift down as they stop. I told him this was a...

    Red Light Camera Ticket

Hypothetically speaking, Those crossing signals usually count down, go to solid orange hand, then light changes simultaneously. What if this signal went to the solid hand, then stayed on that for a long long while (5-10 sec). What if the person driving slowed down, but since it was still green...
