In my experience, managers who "have to deal" with the union are ****** managers. The best managers are the ones who know the collective agreement and run their show according to it. All you have to do as a manager is follow the rules, then there's nothing to "deal" with.

There's one thing I don't think will ever happen to increase bike sales... Cost. I bet there are a lot if people who might get interested in riding, but once they realize how much a new bike costs.... they decide against it.

We're doing a major purge of chattle at the Gaoler household, so I've managed to fill 1/3 of the garage with stuff that's either going to the dump, charity or a garage sale.

It's not. 'Been dealing with this exact issue as a gun club BoD member for many years... People like to "try" to use the noise angle to try get ranges shut down, but when the studies/reports come back saying noise levels from indoor ranges are "below ambient outdoor levels" they just get mad...

I assume by "clay" they mean trap or skeet, but... You'd need a huge building to do that. There are such facilities, but they are indeed big buildings....
