I believe throttle by wire is the key. At that point it's just a software thing. I could be completely wrong.:unsure:

Same here. Just across the street they just purchased one. I could hear it last night when they pulled up. Louder than a ICE. If that was every car on my street, thats horrible.

The quote I got was about $150/year less then current.

Also watch the grain of the wood. It can chatter and jump on difficult grain that is fed in the wrong direction.

Very true. We have raised our prices substantially the last 6 years but we aren't making any more money. Wages are way up. Materials are way up. Profits are stagnant but we are still doing well. Happy to have a solid 6 months of contracts. Many shops have no work.

I'm seeing this here recently as well. One was bought for $600000 before Christmas and needed a complete overhaul. Everything needed to be done. Just sold for just under a million. The other sold in 12 days for a very strong number.

It's amazing how many Canadians don't realize that if both partners receive the max CPP and one dies, the surviving partner gets nothing of the deceased CPP other than the death benefit. IMHO thats criminal.
