I think he's insinuating this looks like a ride that ends up with one of the less skilled participants in a bush.
I've spent far too many saturdays myself pulling people out of the green.

welp... that's a hard pass for me right there.
I know I'm a crap rider, no need to prove that to anyone in some kind of macho showdown on public roads.

After doing some research and consulting a lawyer... An aquantence o'mine recently quit organizing/hosting a "ride", "jamboree", "rally", whatever you want to call them...
As the organizer he wasn't prepared or willing to be exposed to the liability should anything bad happen... Like ending up in a bush.
Waivers..? Not worth the paper they're written on apparently.

You just proved my point. A bunch of people who don't know each other, coming together and riding with this kind of attitude is exactly why I'm not the least interested.

Most rides are with a small select group of friends whom I've ridden with for decades so yes pretty much.I guess you knew everyone you ride with before you started

If so, that's impressive. Enough for a top 10 finish at any CSBK Professional-level race on a highly modified race bike.
What are you riding on to achieve a 2:07? Mods?
