While we are on the topic of GPS stuffiness...
Does anyone know of any software with maps for Japan? Does iGo8 have maps for Japan? Ive tried looking for something... anything... but can't seem to find anything that I can put on this or any other windows mobile or windows ce based GPS...
I just went out an picked one up (for now). Doesnt seem too bad. Its a tad slow but meh... its cheap.

No argument there... Insurance could be much cheaper. But then again, you get what you pay for. You will have limited coverage and given that everyone is so used to milking the system, people will just have lawsuits against each other.
If you bike and another car is a write off, thats already $40,000 without even addressing anyone's injuries. Then you get sued. In the US everyone sues everyone else over even the smallest nudges, no matter how gentle.

There is a more mathematical explanation... you can take the integral of the area under the bell curve up to any point in the year, and compare it to the integration of the flat line up until the same point in the year...
If you've been paying a flat insurance rate of xyz$/month throughout the year, would you not actually have to PAY Statefarm if you cancel the policy in winter months after taking it for a full year?
