I've noticed some ricer kids trying to race a bike when it's just trying to get away from them. It's happened to me, eventually I just go into the far right lane and go slightly slower than the slowest car. Kids are dumb these days.

I agree, I only defend the riders who look like they wanna enjoy their ride peacefully. The ones going fast don't get tailgated anyways so once they are out of sight, nothing more I can do for them. I dont mind taking the heat from a dangerous driver if it means the rider can get on his way...
