Get familiar with the market for your specific bike, do a couple weeks of searches. Don't limit your search to a specific city you might not be seeing a hidden gem. Prices will be lower where there is less of a demand.

Anyone one on the market for a brand new R1 would have coin for this, or someone looking for a 14' or 15' R1 would easily see the deal here. Would be gone right away if it were in the GTA. I picked up an R1 in Ottawa two weeks ago, it was worth the drive to Acton.

This seems descent. Has 46 kilometers on it, I put more mileage going to work and back. I got a similar deal on a bike from Ottawa as well. Almost identical but the one I got had an exhaust, levers etc...
