    Tank Grips; your opinion

What's the best glue/adhesive to re-stick tank pads that have lost their original adhesive? I want something strong enough, but also removable with zero chance of damaging the paint/clearcoat.

    Crooked spool

Riding causes pressure around the steering joint. Your bike will be fine.

    Helmets and Wind Noise

Those sound like some damn good ear plugs, all the ones I've tried only quieted down noise a bit, never even close to blocking engine noise completely. Can you ask where your friend buys his?

    Manual Cam Chain Tightening

I was looking for an r6 but this bike popped up for well below market value, could not say no. I was actually thinking about importing it next spring, could probably make some nice profit selling it at GTA value at that time of year. I'm liking it a lot though, I may keep it for more than a year.

    Manual Cam Chain Tightening

Thanks, that's the reassurance I was looking for. This was my first time working on engine internals, as basic as it was. I was a little scared of the repercussions of a broken cam chain.

    Manual Cam Chain Tightening

I just installed an MCCT to fix cam chain rattle. I adjusted it per the instructions, finger tight, then back it off 1/4 turn. I'm still not sure about the tension though. Here's a video of the noise around the cam area, could I get a second opinion that everything sounds alright? Any tips for...

GS500 max speed in top gear?

Friction in the wheels bearings, and energy that goes to deforming the tire is negligible at that speed compared to air resistance. GS500 should feel good around 120km/h, you should have a decent amount of power left. It's no torque monster as far as bikes go, but it will still out accelerate...

    Looking for Winter Storage place

If you do get a storage unit, get 10x10 at least if you want to work on it. I've got my bike in a 5x10 right now and its real tight, enough space to comfortable move the bike in and out, and put it on a stand to lube the chain, but anything involving taking a fairing off and it starts to get...

    CBR125 Depriciation For Dummies

Re: What is wrong with you people? $1000 extra is 40% more than $2500. Yeah its "only $1000 more" but the whole bike is only $2500. Even if the bikes were the same price, I'd still take the one with 883km, alarm, exhaust, cover, and chain. 883km is nothing.

Do I get to keep my GM2 if I move to the United States?

Replies 1 & 2 are incorrect. They made me give up my Ontario licence to get a Texas one when I moved here. I tried to keep it, but they told me it was illegal to have 2 drivers licenses, even if they were from other countries. On the plus side, since there is no graduated licensing, my M2...

    CBR125 Depriciation For Dummies

Re: Hey no lowballing eddie with a market price he needs your money to upgrade Too many people in Toronto prefer to buy used. Same reason you don't want to buy new, is the reason the used bike market is so high.
