ya I assume the 2 stroke would be different. Thanks for the info, I mainly just need the side covers because the one on the exhaust side melted (the piece that separates them fell out). But if i can get the whole set for a good deal I guess it wont hurt to change all of it.

Just curious if anyone could help me out. Would a plastic kit for a yz250 fit a wr250? if they were from the same year? Thanks

Hello, sorry if this is a stupid question but I have seen a few Yamaha wr 250 "dirtbikes" with road tires for sale on kijiji and they are supposedly street legal. I have an 03 Wr 250 F and was just wondering if it was possible to put it on the road? Thanks!

thanks for the info guys! I'm going to get my licence soon, but ill probably wait to get a bike untill i have a bit more cash-flow. But who knows i might give in ha ha

I have a yamaha wr 250, its great on the trails but still holds its own on the track. I can still manage to keep up with the 2 strokes and it handles jumps with ease, plus you get the great reliability of a four stroke.
