Many phones that support both eSIMs and physical SIMs will let you have one of each active. A few phones support having multiple eSIMs active. And there are of course phones that support multiple physical SIMs, but they are quite rare in Canada

I *do* have fire/theft on my 29 year old TL1000S, partly because somebody *might* steal it, but mostly because comp coverage on it is very cheap. No collision though
