On track, I never use the rear brake. On street, I only use the rear brake for slow maneuvers - like doing U turns and parking lot.

+1 happened to my friend and personally seen the spool location snapped off on 2 other bikes.

I started off in the novice group being my first time at tmp. I was on the session the girl fell, but from what I saw, her bike was laying maybe 20 feet into the grass. If she lowsided, I doubt any fluid leaked out until the bike was there laying (from the overflow tank I presume). Any fluid...

Whatever. I still had fun even though I went down. It's part of track. Sometimes this happens, oh well we got caught in it.

R6's live at over 10rpm. It turns into a different bike. Lots of pros/cons to that high powerband though...

Happened to my sister. She bumped someone at a redlight and the person called insurance. There was NO damaged but the shop charged $50 for an estimate to her insurance. She got a at fault record now. We called an insurance said it didn't matter if it was $1 or $1million. A claim is a claim.

I'm running around 30-32 front and rear. R6 on metzeler M5. Remember as your tire gets hot (spirited riding) your psi goes up.

Yup. Definitely not the greatest 1st bike. Take this season parade riding. You'll get a feel for the gears/rpm range with more seat time.

My spring pre inspection consists of me checking oil and tie pressure. Then and quick low over and ride.... :s Time to be more thorough.
