I've heard of issues happening on the 95mm+ kits but not on the 94mm (434cc) kit. Maybe cheap ones but I know a lot of people on the forums that see 20,000+miles with zero issue on a cylinder works or Athena.

Any vendors here that can help me out before I spend my money in the USA?

Thanks for the review, and clearly the peak will have its limits at speed, but then again so does a supermoto.......lol I don't plan on doing 120km down the highway too often. And if I do decide to do any distance on the highway my street bucket will go on.

if the lead acid works good for you, leave it at that. The gel batterys are good as well. If you need higher cca's or weight is an issue, then thats when you'd want to look at a ballistic, or similar battery. imo...
