A lot of people feel that the price they are asking should reflect the fun times they had riding and that the new owner should pay for the good times they had on the bike which they are now giving up. This is the mental approach they take and are surprised when it's been online for two weeks...

Did you check the gap on the problem plug? Start with the simplest things first.

Chrome is not that difficult to maintain. When I figure it isn't going to snow any more this winter, but it's still too cold to ride, it's time for the chrome work. Clean the chrome thoroughly with a mild soap, Don't forget the parts under the body even though they may not show. Rinse well...

What's it worth? I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's worth what you can get for it. If you can find the right buyer who is looking for this exact motorcycle you may get $1500 to $2000. But finding that buyer. On the other hand you will probably wind up with much less.
