Nope, mine doesn't have any dried up crap near there... and thanks for the bolt size. I was going to come here and ask but I found one in my junk drawer.. Wonder what wasn't working because it wasn't grounded....

So I took the tank off and didn't really see any obvious leaks but the cap was a little loose... Also, I think I'm missing a bolt... I'm pretty sure that should be grounded...

But it's much better quality. The rails are boxed where the HF one is not. And it comes with a trailer jack... Seems to be a OK price

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I'll do the cheap easy stuff first then go from there. I'll remove the tank and see if it's just run off like Phil_si suggested... I'm starting to think that's the problem because the puddle was bright green (no contamination) and I left it on the kickstand...

Take the bike out of winter storage. I noticed antifreeze on the floor. Then I noticed where it's coming from. It's a 2005 Kawasaki Z750. Is there a fix or does the engine need to come out now?
